Valley Truck Centers is looking for a Sales Administrator at our Valley Freightliner and Western Star store in Cleveland, OH. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a high-growth company with advancement opportunities.

Pay commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Verify purchase orders
• Answer phones and direct inbound phone calls
• Update and maintain multiple spreadsheets
• Ability to problem solve
• All processes of clerical staff
• Process fleet invoicing and billing
• Post invoices into the accounting system
• Purchase order processing
• Pricing validation
• New and Used Titles
• Perform MSO and title audits
• Confirm discrepancy’s

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong customer relations
• Strong computer, excel, word, spreadsheets, documentation
• New and used titling experienced preferred

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
